Couriers are independent of us and we merely facilitate such on your behalf. to your door standard shipping is estimated within 2-5 business days (major cities.) outlying areas estimated 7- 14 working days.
Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Busier holiday periods, loadshedding or remote areas may attract a longer amount of time. Please note we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, we make use of to your door delivery. A signature is required on receiving goods.
what type of address should I supply for my order and my availability to receive it ?

Delivery Costs
Delivery Fee is calculated at checkout.
The shipping period starts once payment has been authorised. Receipt of payment can vary depending on how the payment is processed.
No deliveries will be sent to postal addresses or via the post office.
You will be liable for the delivery cost. all delivery costs are non refundable. if you place a current order with a back ordered item, your order will be shipped ,once off, collectively upon arrival of your back ordered products.
Can Iumiere change my submitted delivery address or do other amendments on my delivery?
Once payment has been made a change in delivery address is not possible on our end.
we trust you understand that since the courier merchant logistics company is independent of us , we do not have direct access to their system to amend, we also do not have access to all their routes ,drivers, times and availability, co ordination of your time and dates and their ability to meet such knowledge of this will be dependent on them.sincing the courier logistic company has a full time admin and tasked staff section solely to handle such requirements and amendments , the quickest, fastest and simplest way is to go get in touch with them directly, they will be able to advise best .
lumiere has multiple courier merchants that we make use off, lumiere hence chooses and uses couriers based on the address supplied ,changing your address with the courier service after dispatch may results in higher surcharges that will not be covered by lumiere, it will be for the clients account to directly pay the courier additional charges if such occurs.
Does lumiere have the ability to be able to schedule my delivery to a specific time with the courier?
We cannot schedule your delivery . all Courier and logistics companies delivers according to its schedule, routes, staff , time, days of area availability. You can contact the logistics courier company directly to ensure that your package gets to you based on your availability. Please note we are NOT liable for late deliveries.
Will I have to sign for my delivery?
You will need to sign for the delivery. If you are not able to personally sign for the delivery, you are able to make a note of who will sign for the delivery when placing your order.
I would like transit liability cover or insurance
all courier choices we facilitate and use on your behalf (orders and purchases) are excluding insurance ie: all orders do not cover or include insurance , liability-or transit cover/insurance, unless instructed by the client prior to placing the order. should you require transit /liability cover/insurance. please get intouch with us via info@lumieredeclinical.co.za Prior to placing an order and we will arrange you a quote.
What do I do if I would like to track my order?
.You will receive an email notification/ or message .once your order has been shipped along with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the tracking number and carrier link that is provided in your shipping confirmation message. If you have any questions kindly contact the courier company as they will be able to best advise as the package is in their care.You can track your order by contacting the Couriers directly. Please note that it’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct and that the customer is available to receive goods from the courier. Should you need to modify, track and or follow up on shipment, you will need to contact the courier directly to make arrangements.
how to track my parcel ?
after receiving you waybill number , await a minimum of 48 hours for courier capturing and propagation before trying to track the parcel, once ready use the waybill and courier company website -simply visit the relevant courier website- go to track and trace option- enter waybill number- click search – detailed report and results of the parcel will appear.

Once dispatched, lumiere is not responsible for any delays by the courier service. Follow up your order with the tracking no provided, directly with the courier service. lumiere will not refund any purchases due to any delays by the courier company.
LOST/ MISLAID / MISSING GOODS /STOLEN PACKAGES/ hijacking or losses in any form VIA TRANSIT
We cannot offer order modifications, address changes, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please note, we do not take responsibility for any stolen, lost packages ,missing goods or delays during transit. inclusive of direct or indirect 3rd party proxy recipient accepting or receiving the order, nominated by the client. Once packages are handed over to our courier partner, we are not liable for packages lost or stolen. Once a tracking number is issued, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier to locate package. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping details provided. I require overnight express or another premium service , how can I get that and what are the charges ?
should you require a specialized service, transit liability cover or any specific add on or premium service, before processing your order please get in contact with us directly via email email or whatsapp support about your needs ,and we will arrange a quote, please note all surcharges of the additional add ons are not subsidized by lumiere and will have to be prepaid by the client for such.
why cant I have my own courier collect ?
unfortunately with the influx and amount of orders we handle we are unable to accommodate multiple couriers, the clash of collections times and impending routes between different couriers, chaos of mistimed bookings by customers, our staff availability, delayed or miscommunication liaisons and logistical co -ordination as well as most importantly we need to take precautionary safety against false collection persons are a few reasons why we are unable to accommodate such requests.
what happens if I missed my delivery ?
if the order is executed and in the care of the logistics company ,the ownice and responsibility is for the client to track the order. due to foreseen or unforeseen circumstances should you know that you will be unavailable please contact the courier company and arrange a suitable delivery date,
all such co ordination of such is done by the client with the logistics courier directly as this is the fastest, most accurate way.
should a client have missed a delivery after the first try , a second attempt will be made to deliver the goods , after the second failed attempt the order will either be sent to the depot, should the depot not wish to hold the item it will be sent back to Lumiere at a fee.
in such case if the order needs to be reshipped again, the client will have to pay for the fees incurred by Lumiere as well as a new shipment fees applicable to resend the order.kindly note the order will not be reshipped until all, shipment dues, and fees are paid in full , then only will the order be shipped again.
